DTx Careers: Strategic Account Manager

Summary of Responsibilities
This highly motivated individual will have responsibility for developing executive level relationships for selected clients and coordinate and close new business development opportunities. This individual will work closely with all DTx support organizations including Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product Management. Must be able to demonstrate success in selling a total services solution to senior level executives.

Summary of Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Develop account sales plans for each assigned strategic customer.
  • Work with Strategic Account customers, Program Management and third party partners to understand today’s customer challenges, visions and business drivers.
  • Develop senior level contacts to leverage DTx based solutions throughout the customer organization.
  • Coordinate and communicate Strategic Account activity.
  • Coordinate and assist in negotiation of Strategic account services agreements with the Program Management team.
  • Develop and meet quarterly business objectives.
  • Create joint objectives document with the executive sponsor (Steward) at the Strategic account.
  • Coordinate an annual executive meeting to review and set annual account goals and objectives.
  • Develop and present high level presentations
  • Able to articulate service offerings and demo product
  • Develop ancillary relationships to assist in penetrating accounts
  • Work within DTx to promote Strategic Accounts internally
Approximately 60% travel will be required, and much of this will be overnight travel. This position will be based in our Melbourne, FL Headquarters location. Relocation expenses are not provided for this position.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year College or university with at least 10 years of direct sales experience in the Computer or Medical Device OEM industry selling tangible systems/solutions.
