DTx Announces Opening of European Service Center

DTx, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of its European Service Center.  As our Customer engagements expand abroad and our US based Customers deploy more of their equipment around the globe, DTx must provide seamless support worldwide.

Minimizing instrument down time enables our Customers to have a continued revenue stream and keeps them competitive.  This is achieved through superior design and quality.  In the event of a failure, the center in Europe can facilitate quick and efficient repair of the product.  

In addition, the center can be used to facilitate programs including warranty and logistics options. This local service provides assistance in the language required and with an understanding of local regulations and requirements.  Toll free numbers have been established within the EU to further provide a local service to our Customers
