DTx Inc. Announces Promotions of Two Senior Executives - Dan Butler and Mitzie Norman
June 14, 2011 Melbourne, FL

Promotions will lead efforts of continuing DTx’s rapid growth in 2011

DTx Inc., an Original Design Manufacturer(ODM) located in Melbourne, Florida proudly announced that as of June 1st, 2011, senior executives Dan Butler and Mitzie Norman have both been promoted; Dan Butler to the position of Vice President of Engineering and Mitzie Norman to the position of Director of Finance & Administration.

Dan Butler joined DTx in September 1991 as DTx’s original technical expert. He has had a critical role in nearly every major product introduction from the very first AMI based solution for Coulter Corporation to the recent Siemens and MTS wins. Dan brings a broad set of experiences and expertise to his new role. “DTx has been a great company to have been a part of since we were a startup in 1991. We have an excellent team focused on continued growth and I look forward to working with the engineering organization to contribute to its success.” said Butler. Dan has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from University of Florida.

Mitzie Norman has been with DTx since 1998 and is responsible for accounting, human resources, facilities, and a host of other key functions. “I have worked for many companies in my career but none compare to DTx with its superior management team and committed staff” said Norman. “Mitzie is our ‘go to’ person at DTx when it comes to addressing challenges with data integrity for the business transactions within our ERP system. Mitzie commits tremendous effort to DTx’s success and is always willing to go the extra mile to help the DTX team.” according to Art Schmitt, President and CEO of DTx Inc.
