DTx is Pleased to Announce the Promotion of Two Key Members of Its Marketing Team
October 18, 2011 Melbourne, FL

DTx Inc. today announced the promotion of two key members within its marketing organization—reflective of the company’s continued growth and commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic brand across its unique portfolio of businesses.

“Along with attracting world-class talent to the company, one of our top priorities is to cultivate and leverage the best of our existing team,” said Art Schmitt, President and CEO of DTx. “Both of these outstanding individuals will play a critical role in DTx’s future.  Due to their ability to think strategically and the valuable contributions they have made to DTx’s growth and success, both have earned the respect of their peers and management.  These promotions are well deserved.”
Katherine Hartman has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Sales Administration.

Katherine joined the DTx team as the Bid and Proposal Coordinator eight years ago and over the years has progressed to her most recent position as Sales and Marketing Manager.  Katherine has over 14 years of management experience, including management positions with Signature Announcements and Salone Consulting Group.  

In her new role, Katherine will have responsibility for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve DTx’s corporate objectives. “During her tenure at DTx, Katherine has proven to be a valuable member of our management team, working in all aspects of sales and marketing strategy and support” said Dan Nelson, EVP Sales and Marketing at DTx Inc. “Katherine has shown great leadership in working with our customers and partners; this promotion is well deserved.”

Robin McDonald has been promoted to the newly created position of Web and Digital Media Manager.  In her new role, Robin has responsibility for implementing innovative new media strategies through a robust use of multi-media, social media, video, website, SEO, email and blogs to maximize DTx’s online marketing visibility.  Robin has been with DTx nearly six years.  In her previous role, Robin was DTx’s Marketing Manager.

“Robin’s career at DTx is a testament to her great work ethic and her strength in finding innovative and creative ways to deliver the DTx message, which has been highlighted in the development and launch of our new web site,” said Dan Nelson.
